Material of uPVC

The uPVC (Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride) profile used by WINDOOR is made from special moulding material. The process of making the profile start in the form of powder mixed and balanced homogeneously with all necessary additives for high impact UV to form a compound that meets all the required properties. The compound is then fed in molten form into moulds designed accordingly to the different sizes and specification or profiles. Once this process is finished, then it will be cooled to form the final uPVC profiles to be used in the fabrication of the windows and doors.

What is Double Glazing

In general term, the double glazing means replacement windows. The double glazing part of the window is the glass. Double glazing panes are kept apart by a spacer bar, which contain hundred of tiny silica balls, It is these balls which soak up any moisture which exists in the air gap between the pane of glass.

Double Glazing Insulation
